The Satellite Apartments is an initiative of Service Oxygène. They were created to help parolees aged 50 years and over reintegrate into the community after many years of incarceration. They cater specifically to the clients' difficulties related to vagrancy, mental health and criminal justice and offer them cohabitation with people having a similar history and past.
