Maison Cross Roads is a not-for-profit community-based organization that provides social and community reintegration programs and services to men and women in conflict with the law.
Objectives
To foster the self-sufficiency and empowerment of people in conflict with the law, so that they may adopt behaviours contributing to their social and community reintegration.
To provide services and programmes approved by the Board of Directors, which foster the prevention of recidivism.
To promote and, where possible, implement programmes and services that may contribute to improving practices in the area of community corrections.
To raise community awareness of the realities and issues faced by people in conflict with the law and those involved in the Justice System.
To identify the social, demographic, and ethnic needs of people in conflict with the law, and to develop appropriate programmes.
